2009

The Republican Production Unitary Enterprise “Precise Electromechanics Plant” was established by order of the Authority for military industry of the Republic of Belarus dated May 25, 2009 No. 80 and was registered for the purpose of carrying out activities in relation to military products and other specific goods (works, services). The founder of the enterprise is the State Authority for military industry of the Republic of Belarus.

2010

The President of the Republic of Belarus made a decision to develop a rocketry concept in the Republic of Belarus. For this purpose, a working group was created, which included representatives of the republican production unitary enterprise “Precision Electromechanics Plant”, the State Military-Industrial Committee of the Republic of Belarus, and the Military Academy of the Republic of Belarus.

2011

By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus, the Program for the creation of missile production in the Republic of Belarus for 2011 – 2015 was approved. The Republican production unitary enterprise «Precise Electro-mechanics Plant» was appointed the main head performer for work under this State Program.

2012

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus «On the creation of the National Satellite Communication and Broadcasting System», the Republican production unitary enterprise «Precise Electro-mechanics Plant» was appointed the main head performer for work under this project.

2013

The enterprise began work on the creation of the National Satellite Communication and Broadcasting System of the Republic of Belarus (the production of a geostationary satellite and the construction of a ground control complex began).

The chief designer’s department was created to implement the Polonez project.

2014

In the village of Stankovo, Dzerzhinsky District, the construction of a production and experimental base of special production began: the construction of a multifunctional universal workshop, reconstruction of the Granit storage facility, a buried structure No. 1, and a regulation hall.

2015

The first prototypes of combat vehicles for the «Polonez» MLRS were manufactured, which took part in the parade of the Minsk garrison on May 9, 2015.

2016

The «Polonez» MLRS, modifications of 122 mm rockets 9М521МБ, 9М522МБ, 9М523МБ – was adopted by the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus.

A rocket carrying the first Belarusian telecommunications satellite, Belintersat-1, was successfully launched from the Xichang Cosmodrome (China). The satellite was put into a geostationary orbit. The satellite is controlled from the ground control complex in the village of Stankovo, Dzerzhinsk District.

2017

At the training ground in the Gomel region combat launches of the modernized MLRS «Polonez-M» with a range of 300 km.

The State Committee for Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus and the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus issued a Certificate of Accreditation of a Scientific Organization to the enterprise.

A “Sector for collective use of test equipment” was created to conduct scientific research, measurements and testing of prototypes, as well as to provide services in this area to other enterprises on the production base of a multifunctional universal workshop of the enterprise.

2018

The construction of the «Test Site (Site)» was completed, designed to test the created (extendable) rocket engines and warheads of various types of missiles and rockets.

2019

The State Committee for Science and technology of the Republic of Belarus was issued a Certificate on assignment of the status of a center for collective use of unique scientific equipment.

The National System of Conformity of the Republic of Belarus issued a Certificate of Conformity to the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2015 to the company.
