On February 9, 2024, under the leadership of the Chairman of the State Committee for Military Industry, Dmitry Pantus, a meeting of the department’s board was held on the basis of OJSC “Agat – Management Systems” – the management company of the holding “Geoinformation Management Systems”, at which the results of the activities of the State Committee for Military Industry and the organizations included in its system for 2023 were summed up. year and tasks have been defined to ensure their stable development in 2024.

The final event of the arms industry was attended by First Deputy State Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Belarus Pavel Muraveiko, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Petr Parkhomchik, officials of interacting republican government bodies, heads of structural divisions of the central apparatus of the State Committee for Military Industry, heads of organizations included in the State Committee for Military Industry, their deputies for economics, chief engineers, as well as heads of a number of organizations in the defense sector of the economy.

Before the board meeting, the participants got acquainted with the exhibition of weapons, military and special equipment, traditionally held by the department at the end of the year, and the head of the State Committee for Military Industry spoke with the journalistic community of leading domestic and Russian media.

Industry organizations demonstrated about 100 full-scale samples and mock-ups of their products at the exhibition in the foyer and in the open area on the official territory of the enterprise.
