On the last day of the week, September 27, representatives of the Association of Veterans of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, led by the Association’s Chairperson, Zoya Leonidovna Kolontai, visited the ground control complex.
The delegation of MFA veterans was accompanied by Vladimir Nikolaevich Skvortsov, former Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the State of Israel.
Oleg Aleksandrovich Vinyarsky, Head of the Ground Control Center, gave visitors a tour of the ground control complex, explained the details of the national satellite communications and broadcasting system in Belarus and abroad, and answered numerous questions from the delegation.
Following the tour, Zoya Leonidovna Kolontai, Chairperson of the Association of Veterans of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, and Vladimir Nikolaevich Skvortsov left words of gratitude in the Book of Distinguished Guests.
