On February 13, 2026, Oleg Grigorievich Mishchenko, Deputy Chairman of the State Military-Industrial Committee of the Republic of Belarus, introduced the new director to the staff of the Republican Production Unitary Enterprise “Precision Electromechanics Plant.”
Anatoly Ivanovich Skripinsky was appointed to the leadership position. He previously held the position of Deputy Director and Chief Engineer at the enterprise.
Oleg Grigorievich Mishchenko noted the new director’s professionalism, responsibility, and significant management experience, emphasizing his previous contribution to the development of the enterprise’s production base and his direct involvement in effectively addressing the tasks set by the State Military Industrial Committee.
Oleg Grigorievich Mishchenko also thanked Yuri Nikolaevich Cherny for his work, who has dedicated many years to the enterprise and successfully managed it for almost the last six years.
In his address to the workforce, the Deputy Chairman of the State Military Industrial Committee expressed confidence that the enterprise’s promising areas of activity will be further accelerated, along with the enhanced use of its scientific and technical potential. All of this, as Oleg Grigorievich Mishchenko noted, should lead to new developments, implementation, and the reliable operation of the enterprise, both in the interests of national security and for the benefit of foreign customers.
