On October 5, the state enterprise “Precision Electromechanics Plant” held a round table on the topic “Full-fledged electronic document management.” The event took place as part of the implementation of the Industry Program in the field of digital development of the State Military-Industrial Committee of the Republic of Belarus for 2023 – 2025.

Representatives of organizations of the State Committee for Military Industry took part in the round table, including heads of implementation teams responsible for the implementation of digitalization measures.

Victoria Valeryevna Lyuban, a member of the State Committee for Military Industry working group on digitalization of the industry and enterprises included in the State Committee for Military Industry, focused the participants’ attention on the main tasks in the field of digital development of the industry, including:

  • implementation of a unified ERP system with the creation of an industry service center,
  • implementation of an industry automated reporting and data archiving system,
  • implementation of lean manufacturing technology and QRM.

Issues related to digital signature, description and optimization of document flow routes, stages of implementation, preparation of technical specifications for the implementing company, training of personnel to work in the EDI system and control were considered.

The deputy director of the SMD business school, business analyst of the consulting company “Business Analytics and Change Management” Yu.A. Zabolotny acted as an expert to participate in the round table.

The director of the ALEVKURP enterprise, Novak V.A., shared his experience of implementing electronic document management at his enterprise. He introduced the round table participants in detail to the stages of implementing an electronic document management system, spoke about the problems that arise at each stage and how to solve them.

It should be noted that the “Precision Electromechanics Plant” is one of the leading enterprises of the State Committee for Military Industry, where an electronic document management system has been introduced and operates effectively.
